Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States with UPS, from Sterling, Virginia.

  • Basic: UPS Ground. Free on orders of $150 or more.
  • Expedited: UPS 2nd Day Air.
  • First order: free Basic shipping when you create an account.

Shipping is calculated from your address and the weight of your order, and shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships, and you can look it up any time on the Order Tracking page.

Returns

You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened products can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.

  1. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and check the products, we'll issue your refund.

If something arrived damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
