This website is operated by Angelic Beauty Inc., 14 Pidgeon Hill Dr, Ste 150, Sterling, Virginia 20165 ("Angelic Beauty", "we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form.

We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

• Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Read the label and directions before use. Do a patch test before using a new product, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Our product information and skin quiz recommendations are general guidance, not medical advice; talk to a doctor or dermatologist about skin conditions.
• Products labelled "for professionals", including lash lift systems and lash extension adhesives, are intended for trained, licensed lash professionals. If you buy them, you're responsible for using them safely, following the instructions and the rules that apply to your license.

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
• Discount codes and promotions have the conditions stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.

Delivery options, costs and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. In short: unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right if something arrives damaged or wrong. Delivery dates are estimates. Once a package is delivered to the address you gave, it's your responsibility.

When you post a review or send us content, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you give us permission to display, edit for length, and use it on our site and in our marketing. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated scraping or bulk ordering for resale without our written permission, and no use that breaks the law. All text, photos, logos and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that aren't stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results from skincare and lash products vary from person to person. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
