Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Sterling, Virginia with UPS. UPS can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is priced by your delivery address and the weight of your order, and shown at checkout before you pay. Basic is UPS Ground and is free on orders of $150 or more. Expedited is UPS 2nd Day Air and is always charged.
How does 15% off my first order work?+
Create an account, either before you shop or by ticking "Create an account" at checkout, and your first order gets 15% off the products in it, applied automatically. You're signed in straight away, no confirmation email needed. It's for your first order only, so it can't be used once you've placed an order, including a guest order with the same email.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track your orders, save your addresses and check out faster, and after a guest order you can add a password to turn your details into an account.
How can I track my order?+
When your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also look up any order with your order number and email on the Order Tracking page, or see all your orders under Account, then Orders.
How can I contact you?+
Send us a message through the Contact Us page and we'll reply within 1–2 business days. You can also text us at (571) 777-0104 (texts only, no calls).
What is your return policy?+
You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened products can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective. See Shipping & Returns for how to start a return.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?+
We're sorry. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
I forgot my password.+
Use the Forgot your password link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a link to choose a new one, which is valid for 15 minutes.
