Open the hydrogel mask slowly.
It's pure hydrogel with no backing sheet, so it tears if you rush. Thirty minutes is standard, and you can leave it on overnight if you like.
On a week when your skin really crashes
Add the EctoDerm Intensive SOS Ampoule, one vial in the morning and one at night. Use it only until things calm down, then go back to the routine above.

The pink tint in the Kombu products is normal.
There's no dye — that's the natural colour of the ferment, so the shade varies slightly batch to batch. Also: only pump what you need, since it can't go back in the bottle.
